Made from 100% Cinsault grapes from the South of France, the wine is fermented at cold temperatures and aged sur lie before being gently dealcoholized.

This non-alcoholic dry Rosé is elegant and vibrant, with lovely acidity and a fine minerality carries you through to a long, elegant finish: no oily mouthfeel, no compromise, just the wine, without the alcohol.
