Here the delicious, lush flower meadows are celebrated. A sparkling, fresh drink with mature flavours. Notes of black tea, dried fruit, flowers, almond and citrus.

ENG (Meadow) is a fermented infusion of the Nordic wild plants Meadowsweet and fireweed, collected by our network of knowledgeable foragers throughout Norway. Combined with lemon balm grown on Linderud farm in Oslo.

An exciting non-alcoholic drink with mature flavours. Floral, rich in tannins with a lot of body, which makes it go very well with fatty and creamy food, such as ribs, risotto or white pizza.

Compliments many cheeses well, can be enjoyed with beef, duck and goose, sweet Asian dishes with, for example, oyster sauce, caramelized vegetables and mushroom stew. Also perfect for desserts with their almond and vanilla notes!

Meadowsweet: Has a sweet and floral flavour, that reminds of vanilla and almond.

Fireweed: The flowers have a light floral taste and give a natural bright pink colour, while the green leaves have tannins and bitter components with a flavour reminiscent of black tea.

Lemon Balm: Herb that has a fresh citrus flavour with a slight bitterness, known to have a relaxing and soothing effect on the body.

Coriander seeds: Contains essential oils that give freshness and a citrus flavor.
