A kombucha ferment unpacks the dense fragrance of jasmine and recasts its almost overpowering character in a broader and deeper expression.   

Notes of eucalyptus, tuberose, and green peach revolve kaleidoscopically inside the elegant jasmine bouquet. Pairs nicely with fresh fruits, deep clear broths (pho, consomme, etc.), and soft cheeses.
