It is Sovi’s goal with their Reserve Red to craft the most serious and compelling non-alcoholic red wine they can. The blend changes from year to year, but the style remains consistent: elegant and savory with complexity gained from the long oak-influenced aging process.

The second release of Sovi’s Reserve Red is a blend of 2018 Tempranillo and 2022 Malbec, both aged in a combination of French and American oak.

Origin: Heringer Estates Vineyards. Clarksburg AVA, California

Farming Practices: Certified Sustainable. 100% herbicide-free
