Varietal: 100% Syrah grapes
Origin: Dryland-farmed vineyards in Darling, South Africa (decomposed granite and rich clay soils influenced by the Atlantic Ocean)
Alcohol Content: Less than 0.5% ABV
Winemaking Process: Initially fermented like a traditional wine, then dealcoholized using low-temperature vacuum-spun cone technology, followed by 12+ months of aging in French oak during malolactic fermentation.
Dietary Attributes: Organic, vegan, gluten-free, and low-sugar.
Tasting Notes: Bright blackberry aromas with a hint of spice, crisp fruit flavors, refined tannins, and a dry finish.
