    This is a classic Pils, nodding to traditional German ‘kellerbier’ with a bready sweetness, slight haze, and subtle noble hop character.

    German Pilsner malt plus a touch of Vienna malt and introduced Tettnanger, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Hallertau Blanc, Saaz, and Perle hops. A long, cold rest in lagering tanks makes this non-alcoholic taste like your favorite, balanced Pils.
