Cul Sec combines old traditions of wine growers with years of foraging for taste. Organic wine grapes, wild herbs, wood, minerals, seaweed and fermentation techniques form the basis of a funky journey along wild mineral cliffs, herbal mown fields and smoky dried berries. A deep and complex terroir from lush nature and our own lab.
