Unified Ferments — Kettl Collab, Soba, 750 ml

Soba - Gorgeous, toasted Buckwheat with deep notes of heirloom grain and spun sugar. Unified Ferments pulls out the fruitier side of the grain, with high notes of poached pear and persimmon.
