     From the Norwegian forest

    Take a sip of SKOG 03 and tag along for a walk in the woods with Villbrygg! Skog (pronounced /skuːɡ/) means forest in Norwegian, and captures the beauty and purity of the Nordic woods in a fermented, dry, and sparkling drink. Young spruce shoots for light tannins and citrusy notes, supported by crunchy lemon grass grown on Bergsmyrene farm in Norway, complemented by yarrow and birch leaves for a good tannin grip, depth and some sharp and spicy aromatics. Skal with SKOG!

    Fresh and sparkling with a fruity touch of fermented herbs, citrus, ginger and conifer needle.

    Pairing

    Seafood, smoked fish, cured meats, grilled or sauteed vegetables, white meat, sushi, and other Japanese cuisine, as well as Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and similar Asian dishes.

    Drink you some leaves

    This is real good. Very foresty. Very leafy. Sweet but not syrupy.
    The flavor is very aromatic, but once I had some sips I lost the ability to taste the complexity and it tasted mildly vinegary.
