This zero-proof whiskey is from the bourbon capital of the world, Bardstown, Kentucky, and is reverse-distilled, so it retains the bold, rich caramel and wood-matured notes you’d expect from Kentucky whiskeys.
The aroma is a complex blend of oak, leather, and hints of floral and maple syrup. The flavor has notes of vanilla, honey, rose, caramel, and toffee. The aftertaste is a tongue-tingling pepper sensation.

.25 oz. simple syrup

2 dashes aromatic bitters

2 dashes orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice and stir briefly to chill. Pour over large ice cube. Express orange and lemon peel and place in glass for aromatics.
