    Bright & crisp
    Yellow apple, white peach & lemon oil.

    2023 is our third vintage of this wine. This year, the blend leans more heavily on Pinot Gris, which brings a lot of rounded, peachy fruit notes. The Chenin Blanc in the blend lends it some crisp orchard fruit flavors. Finally, a small portion of Muscat Canelli adds some high-toned floral notes. The color of the wine also has a beautiful pinkish yellow hue from extended skin contact when pressing the Pinot Gris grapes.

    Friendly, knowledgeable, and well stocked

    The folks at minus moonshine are super friendly. They know their stuff and they’re more than willing to answer your questions and help you find what you need to replace your favorite grown up beverage with an NA substitute. Found an NA NEIPA that did not disappoint (except that I couldn’t keep from finishing it all). Also they’ve got a great selection of THC sodas.

    Great fizz

    Very enjoyable flavor and mouth feel. You do have to drink it more quickly because it goes flat faster than a sparkling water or alcoholic sparkling wine. No hangover!
