Their Black Cherry Shrub is a tangy syrup made from unfiltered apple cider vinegar, pressed black cherry juice and organic cane sugar, and is one of the best things that could possibly happen to mixed drinks! Stir up a Black Cherry Mint Julep by muddling together mint, a few teaspoons of shrub and a bit of simple syrup in the bottom of a cup, then topping with crushed ice and 2 to 3 ounces of bourbon.
