Very tart but not a lot of taste. We even let it breath for a while but still did not enjoy it.
It’s being such fun to have fanciful beverages that don’t filter out the beautiful moon and world. Thanks Minus Moonshine! Your selections are full of flavor and empty of distractions from the glistening light of pure existence.
I thought it had more of a grape juice taste 😞
I am very excited to find a non-alcoholic red wine that tastes great with food and even just as an after work drink.
I should lead this review by sharing that wine was the thing that made me realize I hated alcohol. I had a pinot noir about 4 years ago and enjoyed everything about it except the alcohol. So for me, it was important to find a wine that would give me all the complexity without the burn reminiscent of Listerine. I found that in Studio Null. This stuff has a dry, astringent mouthfeel and a complex fruitiness that shifted from plum to strawberry as it warmed in my hand. I will definitely be purchasing this wine again. I highly recommend pairing this with dark chocolate.
