How Does It Taste?

Aromatic | Herbal | Bittersweet

A complex blend of grapefruit, orange blossom, and aromatic herbs. Lush and zesty with a satisfyingly bittersweet finish.

Grapefruit

A hybrid of the large yellow pomelo and small Jamaican oranges, grapefruit lends an assertive sweet, tart, and bitter flavor profile.

Gentian

Known for its bitter taste, gentian has been traditionally used to stimulate appetite and digestion. It’s a prominent flavor in cocktail bitters and contributes a slightly herbal, earthy flavor.

Orange Blossom

Delicate, aromatic and floral, orange blossom is the flower of the Seville orange tree that has historically been used in perfume making. The taste is nuanced, with a subtle orange flavor, and adds lift and freshness.

Key Botanicals

Angelica, cascarilla, cassia cinnamon, chardonnay grape juice, gentian, grapefruit, mace, orange blossom, quassia, rosemary, sandalwood, Seville orange, Turkey rhubarb root.

Mixes Well With

Soda water, fresh juices, flavored seltzers and non-alcoholic sparkling wine

A Simple and Delicious Suggestion

Add 2 oz Bittersweet Aperitivo to a stemless wine glass filled with ice. Top with 3 oz soda water and garnish with a lemon twist.

Wilderton is a phenomenal Campari alternative for spritzes and cocktails

Wilderton - Bittersweet Apertivo is my favorite of all the Wilderton offerings. I'm not surprised my go-to NA bottle shops have trouble keeping it in stock!
