Vaguely reminiscent of iced tea with floral, honied aromatics and flavors plus a touch of sweet mint. Yuzu and Ginger provide balance along with a liveliness and zest without overwhelming. Best NA Beer Ever

I can’t believe how remarkably clean, refreshing, and flavorful this non-alcoholic Hitachino Nest Beer is. Choosing not to drink alcohol feels significantly easier now that I’ve found an NA option that genuinely tastes like the real thing and pairs well with so many of the foods I enjoy.
Thank you, Minus Moonshine, for packaging the glass bottles with exceptional care—everything arrived in perfect condition. I’m genuinely glad to have found your shop.

A really refreshing NA beer! Hints of lemon, very good for summer.

My favorite so far

My partner and I agree that, after tasting several NA beers, wines, and concoctions, this ginger beer was our favorite. A little malty, not to sweet, perfect balance of ginger spicy. Keep this one in stock!
