Description
Juicy tannins, full and dry, with an aromatic volcanic terroir. Lively red fruit, wood, with a subtle effervescence. Produced from organic Pinot Noir and Dornfelder grapes, black and red currants on oak and fermented beetroot. Aromas of black currant leaf and kelp seaweed. A non-alcoholic wine alternative.
Grape: Pinot Noir and Kek-frankos from Nemesgulacs (HU) Dornfelder from Kitzingen (DE) - VOL: 750 ml - ALC <0.5 %
What To Expect:
Cloudy ruby red, smoky wood spice, beetroot. Full-bodied, seemingly dry, with rich tannins and mineral freshness.
Heavy, yet light-footed. Fresh aromatics and tannins. Spicy red fruits, hibiscus, a touch of cocoa tincture, and oak are used. It comes across a bit like a dry Lambrusco, or, if you prefer, like a light Mediterranean natural wine.
