What To Expect:
Amber-hued and textural, L’étable Fumé opens with notes of dried apricot, hay, and verbena, layered with gentle smoke, oak, and orchard fruit. Structured and lightly tannic, it delivers the grip and warmth of an orange wine — without the alcohol.
Paring Suggestions:
Perfect with aged cheeses, roasted root vegetables, grilled mushrooms, or smoky dishes. Beautiful alongside fire-kissed or fermented flavors.
