What To Expect:
A crisp, saline white built on Müller-Thurgau and Bacchus grapes infused with oyster shells, dulse, and Douglas fir. Fresh acidity and subtle minerality evoke sea breeze and stone fruit, finishing clean and dry.
Paring Suggestions:
Ideal with seafood, raw vegetables, and dishes with bright acidity — think oysters, fennel salad, citrus dressings, or creamy burrata with herbs.
