A light and slightly hazy pale that gracefully blends bitter and sweet. This earthy brew is made for Pilsner-lovers and is full of floral and woody aromas. Knockdown is the time at the end of the boil when we bring the temperature of the wort down and add hops. For this particular brew, we experimented with a new temperature.
